What is a Yard-A-Gram?
A Yard-A-Gram is a fun and unique way of sending someone a special occasion message. The “All Occasion Yard Greeting” consists of a personal message surrounded by a themed yard display of 20–30 critters/props. Use it in place of or in addition to cards, gifts, flowers, etc. Great for all ages and all occasions! Top
What is the Cost of a Yard-A-Gram?
A Yard-A-Gram costs about the same as a boutique of flowers, but the impression will last much longer!! Our “Full Service” price starts at $50.00 and that includes 20-30 critters and your special message on our Yard Card. If outside the normal delivery area, a delivery charge will be accessed. Additional days are $15.00.
For “Do It Yourself” displays, the cost is $40.00. Additional days are $15.00. We will prepare your Message Board and Critters/Props, and you will pick up from our location, set-up and take down and return the display to our location. You will need to be certain that your vehicle is large enough to haul the display. In order to use the “Do It Yourself” option, you must be in the free delivery area and must place a credit card on file to cover the costs of any missing or damaged critters/props.
Also, we offer a Kid’s Birthday Special. It includes our “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” Lawn Letters, and 15 critters/props for only $30!! A personalized message board can be added for an additional $10.00.
Be sure to take advantage of our specials to receive discounts off the base price.
If any of our critters are damaged or missing, there will be a $15 charge for each critter/prop to replace it. This fee is imposed to the person placing the order and not the recipient. Please treat our critters/props nicely! Top
What is Included in a Yard-A-Gram?
Our basic display includes 20–30 critters/props and one large message board that will display your personalized message or themed message. We have a large selection of themed messages to choose from, or you can create your own (as long as it will fit on our sign board). We will confirm your message when we verify your order. Also, we will include a door hanger that will have who the Yard-A-Gram is from (or you can remain anonymous) and a special surprise, plus a Revenge Coupon for them to use on their own Yard-A-Gram!!
Additional critters can be added if you need a larger display based on availability. Each additional critter costs $1.00 each.
Our critters can be mixed and matched to create a custom theme!
We reserve the right to customize the number of critters dependent on the size of the lawn. Smaller lawns may not require a full display, however no lawn will have less than 20 critters, except for the Kid’s Birthday Special Display, which will contain 15 critters/props. Top
How Far Do You Deliver?
We deliver for free to the following areas:
- Arkansas
- Ash Flat
- Cherokee Village
- Hardy
- Mammoth Spring
- Salem
- Missouri
- Brandsville
- Koshkonong
- Thayer
- West Plains
If outside these areas, there will be a delivery fee based on distance. If you are outside our delivery area, or in another state, we can recommend a yard greeting specialist for your area. Top
How Do I Place an Order?
Placing an order is simple. Fill out the Order Inquiry Form and submit. Our staff will get back with you to get payment and order details, confirm your information and dates, and assure that the critter/props you desire are available. What Method of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Also, we accept E-check payments through Paypal, however these must clear before a Yard-A-Gram can be delivered, so allow at least 3-5 working days for your payment to clear.
We will also take cash payment if you are local and need a rush order.
All payments are due prior to setting up your Yard-A-Gram. Top
How Far In Advance Do I Need to Order?
We prefer to have reservations made at least two weeks prior to the big event! This will assure that the critters/props you desire will be available and that all payments can be processed. You can place orders up to the night before the event, but there is no guarantee that the critter you want will be available.
If a rush order is necessary, it is best to call us to place your order instead of filling out the Order Inquiry Form and we will try to accommodate your needs. We can be reached at 870-625-0129. Be certain to leave a message with your contact details! Top
When Do You Deliver and Pick Up?
We want your Yard-A-Gram to be a huge surprise to the recipient and try to set up when they are sleeping or away from the home, however, we also want to be certain that our “yard artists” are safe and secure and not out at all hours of the night. Therefore we can set up the evening before the big event between the hours of 9PM-12PM and return to pick up the following day before dusk, or we can set up during the daytime hours on the day of the big event, in which case the display is left up for at least 24 hours.
We will confirm times of delivery and pick up when we verify your order. Additional days can be purchased, based on availability.
Remember, we do have the “Do It Yourself” option if you would prefer the convenience of setting up on your own time frame.
Delivery will be attempted in all weather conditions, however if the weather is too harsh or wind conditions too severe, we might not be able to set up your Yard-A-Gram. If this occurs, we will offer to reschedule or issue a full refund. Top
What is your Refund Policy?
If you need to cancel your Yard-A-Gram, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
If weather permits us from placing a Yard-A-Gram, we will offer to reschedule or offer a full refund.
We will not issue a refund if:
- If there is less than 24 hours notice of cancellation.
- If the homeowner or recipient asks us to remove the display.
- If we cannot deliver due to wrong/inaccurate address.
- Animals on the property prevent us from setting up.
- Conditions at the home make it an unsafe environment to leave display.
- If we are denied access to a gated community or the homeowner’s property.
- If security officers refuse us the right to be on personal property.
- If there is not an adequate area for the display to be set up successfully.
- If the display cannot be set up due to circumstances beyond our control.
What Special Care Do the Critters/Props Need?
Our critters/props are very delicate and need to be taken care of properly.
Please do not let children play on the critters/props whatsoever!! They have stakes securing them into the ground which are sharp and could hurt the children.
Do not let dogs chew/spray them.
Please do not water the lawn while displays are set up.
Do not attempt to remove the critters or place them elsewhere in the yard. If you need the display taken down sooner, please call and we will send our yard artists to take them down safely.
Please do not tie balloons or other items to the critters/props.
Please do not sit on or play around the critters! It is fine to take photos beside the critters, but be certain not to place weight on them as they are very fragile.
Please do not keep our critters! They are scheduled for other displays and need to be returned to Yard-A-Grams after the rental time is expired.Top
Fees for Damaged or Missing Critters/Props, etc?
Our critters/props are very special and must be treated nicely. Please don’t keep our critters as they must be available for other displays.
For each Critter/Prop missing or damaged there will be a $15.00 fee for the cost of replacing them.
The message board will have a $150.00 charge if missing or damaged.
Message board letters will be charged $2.00 for each letter missing or damaged.
Stakes missing or damaged will be charged $2.00 each.
The charges will be applied to the credit card on file from the original sender and will not be charged to the recipient. So please be certain that special care is taken when the Yard-A-Gram is in place. Top
