The rules (policies) for Yard-a-Grams yard signs

Pesky Policies

Now for the fine print. We don’t like to impose too many rules, but some things are important enough that we must address them.

  1. We prefer that at least one person in the home receiving a Yard-A-Gram is aware that we are coming to set up a display. penguin with balloonThis will allow us to deliver without fear of the police being called, or persons in the home thinking someone is on their personal property uninvited. If possible, ask them to leave an identifying item in the yard, on the porch or somewhere on the property that can be seen from the road that alerts us to the correct address. If neighbors are involved in Neighboorhood Watch, it is best to have them advise their neighbors that someone will be on the property, just so they will not be alarmed.
  2. We will not put up a display that is mean-spirited or meant to slander anyone in any way. Let’s keep it fun!
  3. Please, under no circumstances, let children play on or around display. The stakes are very sharp and could cause significant harm if fallen upon.
  4. Under no circumstances should the display be moved once put into place. If the homeowner needs the display removed, please call us and we will have our lawn artists remove them safely.
  5. Do not tie balloons or other objects to the display.
  6. Feel free to take pictures beside the display, but do not sit or lean on them as they are very fragile and could break.
  7. Do not water or mow the grass or use weed trimmers around the display.
  8. Do not let animals chew/spray the critters.
  9. All damaged or missing critters or supplies will be charged a replacement fee as follows:
    • For each Critter/Prop missing or damaged there will be a $15.00 fee for the cost of replacing them.
    • The message board will have a $150.00 charge if missing or damaged.
    • Message board letters will be charged $2.00 for each letter missing or damaged.
    • Stakes missing or damaged will be charged $2.00 each.
    • The charges will be applied to the credit card on file from the original sender and will not be charged to the recipient. So please be certain that special care is taken when the Yard-A-Gram is in place.
  10. We respectfully reserve the right to refuse set up of our displays in any environment that poses a risk to our lawn artists or our critters.buzzard
  11. We respectfully reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  12. We will abide by the rules of the refund policy and will not offer refunds if the homeowner will not let us on the property, if the wrong address is given, if we are called back to remove the display. Please refer to the refund policy to address such issues and more.
